Consultation, Inspection & Leakage Evaluation

Starting with an initial meeting, one of our consultants will interview you and your staff to gather all information and concerns. We encourage all employees participate in this interview as everyone's perception of comfort and indoor air quality differs.

To begin the inspection, your consultant will examine your heating and cooling equipment for any signs of deterioration, improper installation, or insufficient maintenance. To determine if you’d benefit from any improvements, your consultant will evaluate your system's air filtration and purification efficiency. Your consultant will also check the insulation levels to confirm they meet the recommended levels. Finally, the consultant will inspect for hidden defects to establish where your business' worst air leaks are and where improvements can be made.

Once the inspection and tests are complete, your consultant will explain the results and discuss the recommended improvements. Many improvements may be simple repairs that can be done quickly while other improvements may require more time. Your consultant will inform you of the services Hammons Mechanical can provide and will recommend other contractors for services we do not offer.
